I worked with internal and external stakeholders to create, deliver and communicate the value of Mirvac Residential’s product offering to its customers, whilst ensuring a meaningful purchase journey that upheld the ‘by Mirvac’ brand.
The key project I managed was Green Square, Australia’s largest urban renewal precinct at the time. During my tenure three residential buildings were launched:
- Ebsworth - 174 apartments. Sold out at launch.
- Ebsworth ll - 64 apartments. Sold out off market due to high level of surplus demand from the launch of Ebsworth.
- Ovo - 224 apartments. 204 sold on launch day with the balance subsequently selling in the weeks after.
A key personal achievement during my time at Mirvac was being 1 of 24 people across the group to be selected as an Innovation Champion, a position attributed to those who are “...the connectors, inspirers, and facilitators who will lead the charge on innovation”.
